Yantra / Taveej Policy
This policy describes our policy towards sale of yantras and through our website www.cosmicangle.com, or direct sale through our head office at Kolkata, or through our associates.
If a yantra is found defective (visible signs or mark) for example its broken, bent, we will replace the defective yantra with a new yantra.
Please note - We check our products before shipping, We take pictures of the product before shipping and email the same on your registered email address. We do proper packaging to assure that the yantra may not get destroyed / damaged in transit.
Shipping Charges for Defective Yantra
The customer has to send us the defective yantra and pay necessary shipping, the shipping for sending new yantra will be paid by us.
For every order, we provide yantras or taveej after offering various prayers and rituals, Yantra or Taveej are made as per your confirmed order, once a sale has been made we restock with new supplies, once a yantra has been issued for a given person, it cannot be reused for other and hence we are unable to accept sales returns.
No Refunds after Shipping
When you haved purchased a yantra, once the item has been shipped or delivered, it cannot be exchanged or replaced by money or other alternative products.
Order Cancellation for Online Payments
In case you want to cancel your order, please cancel the order within 24 hours of making payment, the money will be returned to your paypal or credit card account.
Order Cancellation for Offline Payments
If an offline payment has been made and the amount has been recieved, you cannot cancel your order, the item will be shipped once the payment has been realized.
